Reading these terms in full is mandatory before creating an account or using any service on the mccw platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

1. Introduction & Consent
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the mccw platform and its users. By accessing the mccw website, creating an account, or using any service, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.
mccw provides a safe and reliable online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To use the mccw platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be 21 years of age or older (for users aged 21+ only).
- You must register using your real identity and accurate information.

- Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
When creating an account on mccw, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.
3.2 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you lose your password or suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
3.3 Single Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, or payment method will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
4. Deposit Rules
The following rules apply when depositing funds on mccw:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (the same for all methods).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be returned.
- There are no hidden charges for deposits — however, your mobile banking operator's own fees may apply.
5. Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to processing withdrawal requests:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
- Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes.
- To withdraw funds earned through bonuses, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 6 for details).
- Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.
- mccw reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is identified.
6. Bonus & Promotion Terms
6.1 Welcome Bonus
mccw offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳20,000.
For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
- ৳22,000 deposit → bonus capped at ৳20,000 → total balance ৳42,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Once the welcome bonus is activated, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer can only be used once.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
- If the terms of a bonus promotion are changed, this will be announced on the platform before taking effect.
- mccw reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
7. Gameplay & Fair Play Policy
mccw is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. Any of the following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Intentionally exploiting any game error or bug.
- Colluding with other players to use dishonest tactics.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Claiming bonuses using a false identity or false information.
If any of the above violations are found, mccw may close the account and forfeit the associated balance.
8. Responsible Gaming
mccw takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income.

10. Account Suspension or Closure
10.1 At the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time. Before making the request, please ensure there is no outstanding balance in the account or that all withdrawals have been completed.
10.2 At mccw's Initiative
mccw may close or suspend any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Registration using false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Abuse of the gaming system or bonus system.
In the event of account closure, if a breach of the Terms is proven, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
11. Limitation of Liability
mccw strives to provide uninterrupted service, however liability is limited in the following circumstances:
- Any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
- Problems arising from the software of third-party game providers.
- Any loss resulting from your own negligence or sharing of your password.
- Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
mccw is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, special, or consequential losses.
12. Changes to Terms
mccw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made:
